What data we collect

This website does not collect personal data directly. We do not have sign-up forms, contact forms, or an email marketing list.

If you book an appointment, you do so via Booksy — a third-party booking platform. Any data you provide during booking (name, phone, email) is held by Booksy under their own privacy policy.

Cookies

We use a single first-party cookie to store your cookie consent preference (bbc_cookie_consent). This cookie is stored in your browser's localStorage and contains only your accept/decline choice. It is never sent to a server and expires when you clear your browser data.

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics cookies (e.g. Google Analytics).

Third-party services

This site uses the following external services:

  • Google Fonts — fonts (Syne, Inter) are loaded from fonts.googleapis.com. Google may log your IP address as part of serving the font files.
  • Booksy — our booking platform. Linked from this site. Booksy's privacy policy applies when you interact with their service.
  • Sanity CDN — images on this site are served from Sanity's content delivery network (cdn.sanity.io). No personal data is passed to Sanity.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data we hold about you. As we hold no personal data directly, any such request regarding booking data should be directed to Booksy.

To withdraw cookie consent, clear your browser's local storage or click "Decline" the next time the banner appears (clear bbc_cookie_consent from localStorage to reset).

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally. The date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
